Quick answers about our stone products, ordering, delivery and installation.

Is your stone natural or manufactured?
All our stone is 100% natural. We stock sandstone, granite and quartz sourced from quarries in Australia and overseas. We do not sell manufactured, reconstituted or artificial stone.

Freeform uses irregular shaped pieces that fit together like a puzzle. This creates a natural, rustic look. Ashlar uses rectangular pieces with clean edges that stack in horizontal courses. This creates a structured, contemporary look.

Yes. All walling products include pre-made L-shape corner pieces for seamless external corners. Corner pieces are sold by the lineal metre.
Wall cladding pieces are 25mm to 40mm thick depending on the product. Each piece has a natural split face on the front and a sawn back for adhesive application.
Walling stone weighs approximately 60kg per square metre. Corner pieces weigh approximately 30kg per lineal metre. Your wall structure must support this weight.
Stone cladding installs on brick, block, concrete, reinforced Hebel panels and cement sheet. Timber-framed walls need a cement sheet substrate. Consult an engineer if you are unsure about load capacity.

We offer three main finishes:
• Honed: Smooth, matte surface with slight sheen
• Sawn: Clean cut surface with fine texture
• Flamed: Textured, slip-resistant surface for outdoor use

Can I order samples before buying?
Yes. We offer free samples for most products. Request samples through our website or call us. Samples are delivered to your door.
Natural stone varies in colour and pattern. Samples represent the general characteristics but may not match your exact batch. For large orders where colour matching is critical, we recommend viewing stock at our Clayton warehouse.

For wall cladding:
• Measure height and width of your wall in metres
• Multiply to get square metres
• Add 10% for cuts and waste
• Count lineal metres of external corners

No minimum order for retail customers. Order what you need for your project.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after this period.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We offer competitive trade pricing for builders, landscapers, stonemasons and other trade professionals. Apply for a trade account through our website.

Trade accounts are available to:
• Registered builders
• Landscaping businesses
• Stonemasons and tilers
• Property developers
• Architects and interior designers
• Commercial contractors
You need a valid ABN and trade references.

Approved trade accounts receive 30-day payment terms. Credit limits are set based on your application and trading history.
Yes. All prices on our website include GST. Delivery is charged separately based on your location and order weight.
Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Melbourne and Victoria including:
• Melbourne metro
• Geelong
• Mornington Peninsula
• Ballarat
• Bendigo
• Regional Victoria

• Melbourne metro: 3 to 5 business days
• Regional Victoria: 5 to 7 business days
Times may vary based on stock availability.

Yes. We deliver to residential and commercial sites. Delivery is to kerbside or as close as the truck can safely access. You are responsible for unloading.
Delivery cost depends on your location and order weight. We provide a delivery quote with your order quote.
Someone must be present to accept delivery and check the order. If no one is available, redelivery fees apply.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Through our partner company Bright Innovative Stone Tiling, we offer professional installation services across Melbourne. Contact us for an installation quote.

Yes, if you have tiling or masonry experience. Stone cladding installs with flexible adhesive similar to large format tiles. We recommend professional installation for large projects or if you are unsure about substrate suitability.

Use a flexible, polymer-modified stone adhesive rated for the stone weight (60kg per square metre). Apply with a 10mm notched trowel. Also butter the back of each stone for full coverage.

Sealing is recommended for sandstone to protect against staining. Granite and quartz are denser and sealing is optional. Apply sealer after installation and reapply every 3 to 5 years for sandstone.
Freeform patterns are installed tight with minimal gaps, so grouting is optional. Ashlar patterns typically have 10mm joints that are grouted for a cleaner finish.
What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for:
• Faulty or damaged goods
• Goods that do not match the description
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Natural stone is sourced to order and cannot be restocked. Order samples and confirm quantities before placing your order.

Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours by email with photos. We arrange replacement for confirmed damage at no extra cost.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A 15% cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns for over-ordering. We recommend calculating quantities carefully and adding 10% for waste. Contact us before ordering if you need help with calculations.
Where are you located?

Our warehouse is in Clayton, Victoria. Contact us to arrange a time to view stock.

We respond to quote requests within 24 hours on business days.
