These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feature Stone Supply website and the purchase of products from Feature Stone Supply Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. However, natural stone varies in colour, texture and pattern. Product images on our website are indicative only. We recommend ordering samples before placing large orders.
Natural stone products exhibit inherent variation in colour, veining, texture and pattern. This variation is a characteristic of natural materials and is not considered a defect. Minor chips, surface irregularities and colour differences within the same batch are normal.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
An order is not accepted until we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are additional and quoted separately based on delivery location and order weight.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to stock availability, weather or carrier issues.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with Feature Stone Supply until payment is received in full.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if products:
For major failures, you can choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may repair or replace the goods.
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours by email with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund for confirmed issues.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Natural stone is sourced to order and cannot be restocked. Please order samples and confirm quantities before placing your order.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A cancellation fee of 15% may apply to cover administrative and restocking costs. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If you are entitled to return goods, contact us first for a return authorisation. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging at your cost (unless the return is due to our error or a consumer guarantee claim).
Free samples are available for most products. Samples are indicative of the product range but may not represent the exact batch supplied. We recommend viewing stock in person for large orders where colour matching is critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or project delays, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Feature Stone Supply or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first. We will try to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may seek remedies through Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
